Job story

As Content Manager you will be responsible for creating and organizing content across Euler Hermes’ digital platforms and channels in th Nordics. You will work closely together with the rest of the marketing team in Copenhagen supporting their ambition and targets for customer attraction, retention and overall satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing, creating and measuring content across channels and identify opportunities to improve CX through our communication. As a skilled copywriter you execute efficiently and with high quality.

Main responsibilities

  • Content marketing strategy: definition and delivery to attract and retain customers
  • Content creation & copywriting: produce the content needed for the Euler Hermes website, emails, SoMe and other channels
  • In charge of social media strategy: definition, implementation and optimization
  • In charge of running and optimizing our transversal committees: editorial board, social media committee
  • Build strong marketing relationships with external partners
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs, tracks and optimize when necessary
  • Evaluation and sharing of customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Work alongside digital and marketing automation team to build the best distribution strategy of the content
  • Contribute to the marketing plan and strategy. Support the Head of Market Management. 

Key success criteria & targets

  • Produce and deliver content marketing strategy
  • Measure all marketing activity and report ROI
  • Bring in new content channels to increase engagement
  • Proactive creation of engaging and consistent content across channels

Skills & experience

  • 5-7 years experience in Marketing (content, campaign, digital, ...)
  • Strong copy writer skills (English/Danish/Swedish/Norwegian or Finnish)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strong sense of initiative/proactivity
  • Experience in managing digital marketing activities
  • Strong experience in lead generation & developing multi-platform targeted communication campaigns
  • Experienced content creator across channels
  • Fluent in English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
