Som IT support engineer indgår du i et erfarent, dynamisk og dedikeret team, der har fokus på drift og support af vores mange kundeløsninger. Til daglig håndterer vi events fra overvågning samt service requests fra vores kunder, både på telefon og e-mail. Vi arbejder tæt sammen med kunderne omkring deres løsninger ud fra DevOps-tankegangen. Der vil derfor ofte være en tæt dialog mellem os og de udviklingspartnere, kunderne har valgt til at udvikle deres løsninger. En stor del af den daglige opgaveløsning fordeler sig i spændingsfeltet mellem følgende:

·        Microsoft-serverplatforme, herunder roller såsom IIS, SQL, AD, Exchange m.m.

·        Håndtering af kundeløsninger baseret på Citrix teknologier, Citrix Virtual Apps og Desktops

·        Håndtering af cloud-baserede services, f.eks. Office365, Azure AD, Web Apps, Log Analytics m.fl.

·        Virtualiseringsplatformene Hyper-V, Azure Stack og/eller VMware

·        ITIL v3 og specifikt Incident, Problem og Change management
